The DSS-4.1 is the speaker wire version of Furutech's reference formula: 11AWG alpha-OCC plus Mitsubishi DUCC ultra-crystallised copper in a heavy 19mm jacket. It is thick, serious wire, and the connector list reflects that honestly: no generic bananas here, because they do not fit. Your choices are Furutech's FP-203(R) spades, Zonotone's 5.5-series rhodium lugs and bananas, or Oyaide's SRBN/SPSL fittings.
