Where we ship

We ship within Australia only. Orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney, NSW. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address. Where applicable, we offer options like standard and express delivery.

  • Rates are shown before you place your order (no surprises after checkout).
  • Large or heavy items may attract a higher shipping rate due to packaging and carrier pricing.

Dispatch timeframes

Many items are made to order. Dispatch time depends on whether your order is a ready‑to‑ship item or a custom build.

  • Ready‑to‑ship items: typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom builds: production begins once payment is confirmed; lead times vary by workload and materials.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier capacity. Standard deliveries typically take a few business days in metro areas and longer for regional/remote areas. Express options (when available) are faster but still subject to carrier networks.

Tracking & delivery

  • Where tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details after dispatch.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
  • Once an item is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier’s network and processes.

Address accuracy

If your address can’t be validated, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, re‑shipping costs may apply.

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll work with you to resolve it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected.
