What Is the 3E Conductor Structure?

The 3E stranding is a collective-lay conductor with a concentric-strand arrangement. By placing three different wire diameters in a geometric pattern, it densifies the strand array and enables a finer overall conductor construction, improving conductor characteristics.The three distinct diameters are arranged geometrically to minimise voids between strands and maximise strand density. Combined with a downsized overall lay diameter that maintains a stable, highly precise outer dimension, the post-stranding cross-section achieves a true circle, a conductor structure virtually unmatched anywhere in the world.

What Is the Precision Conductor "102 SSC"?

The Peeling Process of 102 SSC

Where conventional cleaning merely removes impurities that have risen to the surface, 102 SSC employs mechanical peeling to shave the surface at the micron level, achieving 100% impurity removal. Applying this peeling process to electrical copper wire is virtually unheard of worldwide, a testament to Japan's proud precision engineering heritage.
