The SPC-650 was the world’s first speaker cable built around PC-Triple C, the conductor developed with a unique continuous forging and drawing process that aligns the copper’s crystal structure along the wire, minimising the grain boundaries that impede signal transmission. SAEC worked with the developer from the earliest stages, convinced the conductor’s ultra-low distortion and high conductivity were ideally suited to audio. The mid-class SPC-650 was designed to bring that performance within easy reach: 1.4sq twisted pair cores under polypropylene insulation, finished in a supple soft PVC sheath that is easy to strip, terminate and route. A clear, wide-range cable with excellent S/N — a natural fit for high-resolution sources and revealing systems.
