The Grandio LW-1 brings Zonotone's Grandio-series conductor blend to the headshell lead. These four little wires carry the phono signal at its most vulnerable, and the stock items bundled with most headshells are the weakest link in an otherwise good analogue chain.
The hybrid conductor combines ultra-pure 7NCu copper with PCUHD, silver-coated OFC, tin-plated high-purity copper and OFC — the same materials philosophy as the Grandio cables, shrunk to lead-wire size. Expect a quieter background and a cleaner top end than generic leads.
