Speaker Cable FAQ

What gauge speaker cable should I use?
For most systems and runs under 3 m, a quality 14 AWG class cable is ideal. For longer runs, low-impedance speakers or powerful amplifiers, choose a heavier gauge. Tell us your amplifier and speakers and we will recommend a model.
What is oxygen-free copper (OFC) speaker cable and why does it matter?
OFC is copper refined to reduce oxygen content, which resists internal corrosion and keeps conductivity stable for decades. All of our Japanese wire meets or exceeds OFC grades, and several models step up to PC-Triple C or 7N copper for greater clarity.
Can I bi-wire my speakers with these cables?
Yes. Any model can be built as a bi-wire set with four terminations at the speaker end. Leave a note with your order or use the custom order form and we will confirm the details before building.
Do you offer custom lengths and terminations?
Every cable is made to order. Standard lengths run from 0.5 m to 5.0 m in 0.5 m steps, and we can quote longer runs, unusual terminations and bi-wire or bi-amp configurations on request.
